This guy, Paul was fantastic!! One of a kind. He fixed my vacuum cleaner while I waited and only charged me 20. I thought that I'd be on the hook for 50 or 60. I was about to throw the vacuum cleaner away, but it only needed the filters cleaned and a new belt. This guy is like the honest car mechanic that you get lucky and find, but for vacuum cleaners. I can't say enough about Tom's vacuum repair!!!

Very unprofessional phone service! My husband just called the store to ask about the model number of a Kirby belt that he bought on eBay so that he could be sure he received the right one, and the guy on the phone said, "So, you want me to confirm a model number for a belt that you're going to buy from someone else, is that what you're telling me!?" I found this to be very rude to a potential customer that could have gone to their store and purchased this belt if he needed one.

I went in yesterday with my daughter's upright Bissell vacuum, which had become extremely loud and vibrated a lot. The service man quickly identifed the problem as a worn roller and replaced it. I had expected I'd have to leave the vacuum for repair - instead I walked out with a repaired vacuum in less than 15 minutes, at a very reasonable price. I've come here a couple of other times for vacuum repairs, and had similar positive results. Highly recommended!
