This is exactly the kind of service you hope for when you contact a plumber who has not been personally recommended to you. I'm so grateful to both Google Maps and Tom for existing! We usually use a reliable but expensive company from Felixstowe, but were quoted a minimum of 70 for the non-running tap we had. I anticipated we could get this done cheaper, so found Tom online. He quoted me between 44 and 55, so we booked him. He came round on a Sunday afternoon, spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with the gland and then fixed the problem. He then said not to worry about paying him as the job wasn't worth it! I was flabbergasted! There's no better sign of a trustworthy professional than that. He reluctantly accepted the small amount of money I insisted he take for his time, and we parted company very happily. I can't recommend a guy like this higher. He'll be our first port of call in the event of any future plumbing problems. Thanks again, Tom! :)

Tom was very quick to respond to our emergency 3 requests for his services. We found him to be very polite, friendly, understanding and he took his time to explain what was wrong with our plumbing before he fixed it. When building our conservatory we needed our drainage from the kitchen relocated. We rang Tom and he was more than happy to help came up the same day. Very happy with his work and hes a lovely chap .
On 2 occasions we have had to contact Tom for relatively minor, but annoying, problems. He has responded immediately and within 2-3 days has called and rectified the problems. He is always cheerful, polite and his workmanship is of the highest quality. He always cleans up thoroughly when he is finished I would highly recommend him
In 40 years as a homeowner I have never had anybody working in my house who has impressed me as much as Tom Hooley. He did a full refurbishment of our bathroom and although there were several problems owing to the age of the house he overcame them all.We are absolutely delighted with the end result and feel we had real value for the money paid.On top of all this Tom is a really nice person and we wish him and his business well.
