Toll booth appear to be working properly it accepted my money 3 months later I get a letter in the mail saying I owed money for the toll toll plus a 20 fine because the machine was not working. Another one Illinois scams!!! Beware this is not the first time this has happened on I-90, when I call to make a complaint I was told it is ORT tolling the only way to pay is online. So explain to me why there's a machine there that takes your money at the exit? I traveled all over the United States and never had this problem in any other state yet it continuously happens in Illinois. What a corrupt government we live in.

After hours it would be nice to have more than just one machine to pay the toll at. There are people out there who are not tech savvy that were in front of us holding up our trip. We were stuck there for 20 min...
Why would i praise the gov't taking more of my money. How does Wi have better roads wout tolls?
Toll roads were one of the things that drove me out of Illinois. Let's hope we continue to avoid them in Wisconsin. Open road tolling is better than the old booths, but the 40 minimum charge for an iPass is still annoying.
