First time purchase with Mclaren and I what an experience it was. The communication between the lead sales specialist Javed was amazing. Provided info and pictures as I was out of town. Worked with me on my trade and made the experience very easy and pleasant. I have walked into other Mclaren dealers closer to my home and none were as attentive as Mclaren Orlando. Javed made the process seamless and felt like i was buying from a friend not a stranger. No gimmicks no extra fees. The whole team is top notch. Leah and Tom were also very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They made a dream come true and an experience I will never forget. I love my new Mclaren 570S. When the time comes for another purchased I know exactly where to go to next! Class act team.

Orlando McLaren, is a car dealership which all other car dealerships should model themseleves after. I scheduled an appointment with Javed, who is their lead sales specialist (and what a specialist he is) to see a 2020, 570S Spider they had on the floor. They gave me the “red carpet” treatment from the momment I walked inside. These people know how to treat folks, let me tell you. The sales manager, Leah Smeenk and GM, Tom Roach were thoughtful enough to come over and politely introduce themselves. It was without a doubt the most enjoyable afternoon that I had spent at a car dealership. The team that is Orlando McLaren, makes you feel so at home, it is difficult to know if I enjoyed the people or the cars more. No, I did not buy that 570S that day, but I can tell you, I will be back in the near future and I bet there will be a sale. If you too, want a different experience in exotic cars, go visit Orlando McLaren and see for yourself.

I purchased my first McLaren this week and could not be more pleased with the way the process went. Incredibly impressive establishment and clearly a testament of how leadership/ownership of the dealership runs things. This is by far THE best customer experience I've had purchasing a car. Tom, the General Manager is a class act and was involved all throughout the process. He cared more about making sure that I find the right car rather than making a sale. He understood the importance of building a relationship with his clients. Sales specialist Javed was second to none. Apart from being a true Mclaren guru, he is one of the most knowledgable car aficionados I've ever met. He is the perfect McLaren ambassador. Javed was always available for contact by phone or e-mail. Very refreshing to do business with honest, hard working and professionals in their field. Even if you're not ready to buy now and a Mclaren is something down the line, I highly recommend contacting this dealership and they will answer all of your questions, never pressure you and help you make the right decision when the time is right. Lastly, I had the most pleasant exchange with the one of the owners and I was taken aback about how engaged he was and was very familiar with every aspect of my purchasing experience. As stated, great leadership is reflected throughout the process.
