I am by no means a customer (I wish) but I did visit to have a nosy at some lovely cars. The receptionist was polite and I had a nosy and left.
I have just received my 720S back after a complex suspension problem was tracked down and rectified by the Service Dept. Sam dealt with me from the moment the car arrived and kept me informed of progress along the way, including explanation of the technical details I kept asking! He even introduced me to the gentleman who did the actual work on the car, Jamie, who also took time to explain exactly what was being done to the car. Excellent, professional, and friendly service from them both.
My Husband has already left a review with regard to the Service Dept sorting out a problem with his MacLaren 720S and he can't leave 2 reviews so I am leaving this on his behalf. It started around 5 years ago when my husband took our son James (aged around 7 at the time) into the showroom. Since then they have visited several times prior to the purchase of the 720. On every occasion the friendliness and attentivness of the staff have been amazing, James has always arrived home on 'cloud 9', and husband too! So a big thank you to Marcus, Alex, Julie, Deborah for making dreams come true.
Great new showroom, polite staff. I could not find the used cars? Brilliant cars, nice range of cars.
