Andy from Tinsmith is an incredible technician! He got out right away to do the Furnace and on the first nice day of Spring he got out to do the AC. He is responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. They won't install a brand that they don't believe in. When the tech tells you he has the same brand in his house, it is very reassuring! Pricing is great and he is helping us with the rebates too!

Furnace went out in the late fall of 2020. I had Centerpoint identify the issue and I was leaking CO. Needed a new furnace. I had a few quotes and Andy (the owner) came out, looked at it and quoted me almost on the spot. Within 2 days he showed up with a new furnace. I also at the same time opted for a new AC. Very professional, Installed a new furnace very quick and this spring he installed my AC. Also came in with very good pricing. If I need anything else done, he will be the first person I call!

Our air conditioner broke down this week and Andy from Tinsmith got right on it. My husband recently had heart surgery so having a cool house is a must. Andy went over and beyond to get us up and running with a new unit. I can't tolerate heat myself so, much appreciated getting this fixed ASAP. We have been customers of Tinsmith for years and have always been super pleased with the service and work. Thanks so much Andy for your hard work. Andy did a lot of work on replacing some duct work with the new unit and it is absolutely solid!!!!!

Andy was great and very punctual! My husband was in Florida and I had furnace problems…He came right away. Johnny on the spot and fixed what he had to. When Kevin came home we knew our furnace was bad and had to put a new furnace in. He was great to work with and very clean. He definitely pleased with his work and will call again.
