I am a service provider and have repaired their product in the past with some luck getting help finding the correct parts. The communication is poor due to the lack of fluency in the English language; but the parts did arrive at a reasonable price. I have recently been working on an older machine (manufactured 1994), that has held up surprisingly well, and ordered parts to repair it. Of course there are no serial numbers; but the parts were available by description and model number. When the part arrived it was obviously incorrect for the machine I was working on. After discussing this with the parts person who claimed it was the only part available for that model, I ordered the mating part to this one, hoping that they could be replaced as a pair; but this was not the case. When requesting to return the incorrect parts, I was informed that there would be a 25% restocking fee. I find this absurd; as the parts that they listed as correct for this machine, do not, in fact, fit this machine.(as identified by model number) When explaining the fact that they sent me parts that were incompatible with this machine, it was determined that the fault was mine for having an older unit. I explained that I could not have known that they had made changes to this model making the parts unuseable; and that I would like to discuss it with the manager. I was informed that he was busy and that the restocking fee stood. When I asked for the name of the manager so that I could voice my displeasure with their incompetence and crooked business practices on social media, I was denied his name. So, in short, if they send you the incorrect parts, not only will you eat the shipping costs, but they will charge you a restocking fee and deny you the name of the person who enacts "policy". When I visit their booth at NRA, in Chicago, I will be sure to note my displeasure and will share this knowledge with my clients when discussing purchasing options.
