Absolutely useless company. They take twice as long to do simple road work then any other company, they hold up traffic for 10 to 15 minutes each way then you pass the site and see the only people working are holding signs and the actual construction workers are just standing around doing nothing having a smoke. Worst thing I’ll ever see in my life while driving in Ottawa is a sign for cavanaugh site ahead.

Circle checks are required by law for d licence operators and companies running such fleets. Friday, labour day long weekend 2019 passing through Perth enroute to the cottage and a Thomas Cavanagh Construction ltd dump truck ( no. 241 , plate number AW 69168) spewing rock debris out the back takes out our windshield- look at the top rail in the photo- covered in rocks. no response from Cavanagh- no regard for the law either

Flatbed truck speeding 100 km from Almonte to Arnprior and 80 in a construction zone throughing stones broke my windshield and fog light. Called company they said they would pay for damages THAN RENEGED saying they never got such a call. \truly are you calling me a lier\? Very disappointed with a company that should stand behind their word.
