While I did not go to the Gliding club (flying in a plane with no engine does make me slightly nervous).I did walk past it the views from the top of the ridge were amazing. If you want to get down of the ridge there are steps a bit further on although. Whoever was responsible for putting the steps in place quite frankly needs to be strung up and shot!!!!!!!!! Because I have been down those steps a few times now and each time I've been relieved to reach the bottom without breaking my neck. According to the our walk leader on top of the ridge there was a huge iron age hill fort .(One of the biggest in the country apparently), but the Gliding club have completely flattened it.

Didn't go gliding, just watched while walking Sutton bank to see the white horse. Beautiful views.

Excellent ,the cafe in the clubhouse is open to the public and good value.
