Semi-regular visitors, the kids always have a great time. Staff are usually friendly. I especially enjoyed the live music in the middle of the rink at a special event. Only downfall is the skates can get be uncomfortable but that's hire skates for you. The renovations made it more pleasant too.

It would appear with new owners that none of the staff knows the correct processes. Endlessly frustrating. Easier to just walk away. It is a good thing that there are no other Ice Arenas Boots are also in poor condition
I have booked a birthday party for.my daughter. I don't remember the name of the staff member but she was very understanding, polite and helpful.
Emailed 2.5 weeks ago about a potential snow session - another email and multiple Instagram comments and messages later, still no response. Highly unprofessional and embarrassing customer service. Obviously happy to let those with cancer die without the joy of experiencing snow for the first and last time. Disgusted I ever wasted money at this place as a child and young adult. A simple “no, sorry, we can’t do that” would have sufficed, but I just got and continue to get ignored, after my brother has now passed away. Other Instagram users have reached out to apologise to me on behalf of this shocking and heartless service. Shameful. Edit: I also sent multiple emails to reception, not just social media. It is incredibly disappointing and embarrassing that having to post a negative review publicly is the only way a company will acknowledge you. I have still not received a response to any of my emails, comments or messages that are largely not publicly embarrassing for the brand as they are private or on social media accounts with minimal engagement. I have no doubt why this was responded to - image above customer service. Edit 09/04/21 I have still yet to receive any kind of response from Instagram comments, messages or the multiple emails I have sent, even after their response here. The Ice Arena do not care for customers and apparently lack the ability to respond to any messages on any of the platforms they promote on. They happily blame other members of the team and yet take zero action to rectify issues. I would save my money and go and visit actual snow, rather than deal with these charlatans.
A little busy on Friday nights but still enjoyable Bring thick socks!!
