Where to even start?! I'd gladly give a 20 star review if I could! We have worked with Joy Neuenschwander for 8 years now. To say we love her and this company and how they do business would be an entire UNDERSTATEMENT. From years of leasing agent/broker work, to years of answering endless questions, to purchasing commercial real estate for our business to grow, Joy has been there for us. Never once in 8 years were we ignored, turned away, pushed aside. Remarkable would be only one of the words I would use to describe her and the work she does. This company is second to none, there are so many agents/brokers out there that won't give a small business a second look, there are certainly even more that won't stick around for 8 years. We truly cannot say enough good things or praise them enough for all the hard work and endless understanding and support. Ask for Joy, you will not regret it. We had a bad experience where John Adams lost us two leases in a single day that we had already signed for. He made us offers without confirming to the land lord that he could make the offers, and they were not labeled as drafts, so we believed we had the locations secured. After pulling the rug out from under us, our small business could only do half the revenue expected for the year. Other members of the Zachary Company have been very helpful to us, and we appreciate them.
