Owners/consultants do not wear their masks inside. I understand now is an important time to support businesses, but they should be ensuring a safe shopping experience during a pandemic. No excuse for not wearing masks.

Very disappointed in my experience recently. Called ahead of time to advise I would be picking up my dress at 530. Once I arrived the store was close. I waited in the parking lot and called 2 more times. The owner showed up 10 minutes later and brought my dress out to the parking lot. I tried on my dress when I got home and noticed the clasp above the zipper was ripped off. For a 400 bridesmaids dress I expect better service. I realize it’s Covid but the customer service was seriously lacking, but I personally would not shop here again.

This was hands down the best bridal shopping experience of them all. Kate could not have been more of a pleasure to work with, she very easily understood what I was looking for and made my experience fun, very comfortable and so memorable. I will never recommend any other store besides this one for any bride. Would give 6 stars if I could.
