We dined on a Thursday with a 6pm reservation, arrived early and they were able to seat us right away. From the moment Sam introduced himself, he made us feel we were the only ones in the room. He offered suggestions and took care of all our requests without delay. The food was amazing which started off with the Bang Bang Shrimp & the Imperial Dip. Our main course was the Chilean Sea Bass (they offered it in 2 portion sizes) with Lemon Butter & Jasmine rice & perfectly cooked Broccoli. Finished it off with Hot Lava Cake with fresh cut Strawberries and of course Vanilla Ice Cream with a fresh brewed cup of coffee. Perfect dining experience. Told the manager how wonderful Sam was and she assured me she would recognize him at their next line up. 5

After eating in the top restaurants in St Augustine a couple weeks earlier, we spur of the moment decided to stop at Bonefish the other night for an early 4:30 dinner. Plenty of room around our table, staff all masked and wearing them appropriately. We had impeccable service and wonderful food from drinks to appetizer to entree to dessert. The ingredients fresh and presentation was beautiful. We’ve eaten at bonefish before where presentation was a bit “slap-dash”. Even the waitress commented on how beautiful our plates looked. Makes me want to go back.
Just had dinner at the Bonefish in the Villages. The food was fantastic and the server Wilson was second to none. A company can train people to provide the service they want to provide their customers but only his parents and himself can teach him how to conduct himself as a respectful young man. Thank you Wilson for your attention to detail and truly understanding how to communicate with the upmost respect. I wish every server could be just like you.
I love Bonefish! Wonderful food! This particular one seems to have a little bit of a problem with service.
Our waitress Ally was amazing and the food fantastic! What a great place to meet clients. Will definitely go again.
