I had a wonderful experience with this business. I went to their showroom looking for a marble imitation and was able to pick the samples I needed. Everyone was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for.

I waited hours and no one ever showed up. I called and they said Pedro was 10 minutes away. An hour later I called again and they said there was traffic. I wouldn't give a penny of my hard earned cash to a company that doesn't show up or give me a courtesy call. Disgusting customer service. Guess they don't need my business. I drove to Dolphin Carpet and Tile, I didn't experience any traffic.
