This is a very professional company. They have a very large selection. No pressure sales team. Down to earth. Realistic and willing to teach new owners the in and outs of all their campers. . Remington was the salesman that helped me. He picked me and my father at dallas airport. On time. Really nice people family owned and would recommend anyone interested in owning a travel trailer, camper. We appreciate the care that went into making sure we where taken care of and happy

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Aliner from The RV Guys. Daylene was absolutely terrific! She was always available and even answered our questions on her days off. We never felt a high-pressured sales pitch. Daylene took her time and let us take our time and talk things through with her and each other as we we making this important decision in whether this was the right fit for our lifestyle. We picked up our camper and immediately took off on our first camping adventure and Daylene made sure our camper was charged and ready to go. We had an amazing time. Joe was also the best. He installed a few items for us on the spot to help protect our trailer even more and took his time explaining the features of the camper to us until we felt comfortable towing it off the lot. We are very grateful to Daylene and just love her!!!! We highly recommend The RV Guys work as a team. The parts department was wonderful as well in helping us choose the necessary surge protector and items they felt would be important to protect our camper, but we never felt pressured into buying something that didn't deem to be important. Just a great experience! Thank you!

We had a great experience at The RV Guys. Their price was lower than any others and they had exactly what we were looking for. Remington provided an excellent sales experience. He answered every question we had. The show out walkthrough of our toy hauler was very informative and all questions were answered thoroughly . They let me film it, so I could go back and review later. I can’t speak to the financing side of the house because we didn’t finance. However, I was in and out of the paperwork side in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Remington and The RV Guys!!

I worked with Remington over the phone for the entire transaction. It was a pleasant surprise to be greeted with patience and kindness. I am sure I asked more questions than he expected but he never showed any frustration. He had other clients waiting on him so we finished up via text. He was very kind. He made me feel like I was chatting with a friend. Compassion goes a long way... He never knew what I was experiencing on this side of the phone so his non aggressive attitude and calm demeanor goes a long way. I have referred 4 people to him because that level of service you don't get everyday. Thank you Remington :-)

We made the short drive to see the selection of trailers at The RV Guys. We did not have an appointment but Daylene made us feel very welcomed. She took us and showed us the campers we had researched and offered all the information we needed. After seeing those campers she was able to determine what we were looking for and showed us some additional campers we might be interested in. She took the time to give as much information as possible and it made the difference in selecting the camper that seemed to fit best for us. We were able to choose a camper and we felt great about the decision. The paperwork was prepared quickly and we were able to make the purchase with no difficulty or hiccups. They offered a great warranty plan and extra goodies from the supply store that we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The RV Guys showed us respect and compassion and we greatly appreciate their hospitality. I would highly recommend The RV Guys to anyone looking to purchase a camper or need any services they may offer.
