The Q Austin (or just “The Q”) is an amazing combination of sexual health advocacy, free HIV testing/counseling, and queer community center. They have provided hosting for various queer-oriented organizations, held art shows and film screenings, and even block parties. All with a welcoming and affirming environment. Oh, and you don’t have to be queer - just be friendly!
