Pip's selection is gradually expanding and the prices are very reasonable. I'm also really pleased with the ink samples because digital photographs often change the look and feel. J. Herbin's Lie de Thé looks way better than it does on my computer! Postage very fast, too. Happy customer!

Pips Cafe is open again but not yet for business as usual. One customer at a time can buy pen and ink and writing paper from behind a perspex screen. I called in to check a loose nib on an old Lamy Safari. Time for a change I decided: I bought a TWSBI ECO as a workaday fountain pen together with a bottle of KWZ Ink. You can order from the Pips website, yes, but I prefer to buy ink in person. Lockdown may have increased interest in old-fashioned handwriting. I hope so. 5 June 2020
The most fabulous small, but well stocked, fountain pen shop. The owner is very knowledgeable, and will help you find the right pen, ink or paper. I can't wait to visit it again!
Excellent advice (in English) on fountain pens and good quality paper. I recommend this place for fountain pen newbies and enthusiasts.
They have tomoe river paper!!! I’ve been searching for it everywhere and they’ve even got the paper pad version. I’m so happy!!
