My family member is a resident at The Phoenix at Delray and I cannot say enough positive comments about this facility and community. The building is updated and clean and truly feels like a country club. Not to mention that the food is delicious....Her apartment is beautiful with a great balcony (and she loves the food!). One of the best aspects of The Phoenix is that the management truly cares about its residents. During this tough time of Covid, the staff at The Phoenix ensured the health, safety and well being of it residents and truly took care of this community. I would highly recommend The Phoenix at Delray as the ideal independent living facility for seniors.

I have been very impressed with the overall environment and Team at The Phoenix at Delray. The Phoenix at Delray is not just a place that my Father lives in it is a place that he has made many friends and calls his home. I think Andee, the Executive Director, and the entire Team has done a wonderful job at ensuring that the entire Community at The Phoenix has been able to navigate successfully during the Coronavirus Environment that the entire World has been facing for the past year. The Phoenix at Delray is an outstanding Independent Living Environment for Individuals that are looking to maintain their Independence while having the knowledge that their is a Team available 24/7 to assist them if they so desire. It appears that every one that works at The Phoenix are kind, helpful and dependable. I am so very happy that my Father found The Phoenix and decided to make it his home for the past year and a half.
Visiting a friend for the first time with my mother-in-law and we were very impressed! A lovely, modern, very clean and well-maintained environment. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and caring and places it's residents first. My mother-in law absolutely loved it and couldn't stop commenting on how comfortable it seemed and how she could see herself living there some day. It was like resort living with the comforts of home! The residents seemed very happy and that was a pleasure to see.
The Phoenix was my mother’s home! She lived at The Phoenix for over 2 years and even though an independent living facility, if I needed help or someone to guide me, the staff was always willing to help me from afar! If you are looking for a place for yourself or a parent, promise you will not find a better place than The Phoenix... from the food, activities, staff, the living quarters, everything and everyone is FABULOUS!
Looking for an Independent Living Facility, l have been impressed with The Phoenix at Delray. The Staff is cordial, helpful and caring and it is reassuring that they are concerned with the wellbeing of the residents specially regarding their health, their safety , their nutritional needs. The facility has a variety of activities , entertainment and offers many other amenities. It is in a great location. I look forward to being a resident at The Phoenix.
