Very happy with my experience dealing with The PC Guys! Great customer service and very helpful advice. The tech helped me understand by explaining the issue with my computer (which i'm grateful for) and price was very reasonable. Happy to have it back and working better than ever! Just bought my son a new laptop from harvey Norman to replace the one that was "fixed" by these guys. My son did exactly what was suggested and the outcome was poor, even after installing virus software that was suggested by the PC Guys. He is a student, I should have saved my money and bought the new device from the outset. I notice there are several "1" ratings for this mob...where there is smoke, there is fire...

I asked them if I should buy a new laptop and they said it was only because of viruses. I have gone to them after downloading anti virus and yet my laptop is still playing up and slow, always needing to restart. Simply awful, congrats you just lost a customer. Not trusting these Guys again! Thank you, now I can go to someone else for more expensive things!

Once ordered, the parts arrived and they put it together for me quickly. The price was comparable to what I would have spent ordering online, but with the peace of mind of having a local business to talk to if there's any issues.
