I used to work as an orthotic \technician\ here. The management is horrible, the pay was minimum wage and like a sweat shop. I find the positive reviews here funny. People who know nothing about orthotics order from orthotic group. The orthotics are fake, we use a manufacturer right up the street who make fake pre-made plastic shells and we just paste them all together. You think you're getting a real orthotic, that's the funniest joke. Congrats your'e clueless clinician and you support a giant american, publicly traded company that wipes out all the small labs in the city by undercutting everyone with their cheap product. Give yourself a pat on the back.

Where should I begin. First off, the quality of product at The Orthotic Group has severely gone down in the last little bit. I have had more patient complaints regarding the product than I have ever had. The time to fulfill an order and have them shipped to my practice has increased by quite a bit, and the turn around time to get orthotics to my patients is taking far too long. The customer service at the Orthotic Group is subpar. Every time I call the orthotic group, the caliber of service is not adequate for anybody working in the healthcare industry. Orders have not been shipped properly and products have not been included in orders for which they should have been received. I am very disappointed with this company, and will be taking my orthotic business elsewhere moving forward.
