I had a wonderful experience if you can call cataract surgery good. The staff was nice and polite. Dr. Katz extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. Yes the wait can be long but if he was working on you or answering your questions , wouldn’t you want the time to be spent on you ? I am a immigrant but I did not feel bad regarding the language. If you don’t speak the language bring an advocate. The quality of the doctor is most important and that was 5 stars!

Can nit get people to answer the phone for billing problem, when i did, Mary said she would fix it a d send me new bill, two weeks later, still not updated, and now back to start trying to get someone to feturn a call.

Everyone there was so kind and patient with my eye exam and Christina helped me pick out glasses that fit my face perfectly. Such a good environment. They don't want you to go home unhappy!

The doctor is very nice. The problem is we waited 2 hours there to even be seen. The people had the front desks are so rude. Would recommend to go somewhere else unless you are fine with waiting 2 hours.
