I have been using DM for about 20 years when I was referred to Dennis Miller...it began with a professional related issue that was resolved out of court to my satisfaction. After my husband was diagnosed with a chronic illness & I was not able to obtain SS after 2 attempts on my own when he became disabled, I reached out to DM. This is when I was introduced to Don Lane. Don was very thorough explaining the fee structure...if we received back benefits DM received a % and if not, then we paid a flat amount of X. There was a court hearing & once the decision was made, we paid DM exactly as Don described. Since Don also handled Estate Planning, we had him review and redo everything. Very fair price. Subsequently, we have referred Don to several members of our family & friends. Because of ongoing communication with Don, once my husband passed, I had very little to have to handle in terms of paperwork. I always know upfront when I want to do business with DM exactly what my fee will be; when the documents or services will be delivered; and, if there are any questions/changes etc. in the meantime and before any addl. charges may be rendered. I highly recommend Droder & Miller.

This firm is what gives attorneys a bad name, they don't do anything to help you and want to charge you an arm and a leg. They call and keep you on the phone just to run up the bill. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. My suggestion is run as fast as you can to another firm!
