We rented this space for a wellness event. Lora, the owner was so lovely and made sure we had everything we need. The space is huge and beautiful. There is so much love in that space.

This is an incredible space to create in! It had character, charm and beautiful natural lighting to boot. Working in this space is truly a privilege.
The Iron Factory has absolutely stunning architecture and is a great space for small performances. Lora, the owner, is pleasant and easy to work with. Rates are reasonable. Scheduling is pretty tight, so be sure to reserve exactly as much time as you will need, including set-up and break-down time. Lights are limited but the space is surprisingly versatile. There are no outlets on/around the stage so cable will need to be run to the back of the room. A small set of speakers is provided. Overall, very lovely space!
Beautiful space supporting rad artists
An affordable, raw (beautiful!) studio space in Philadelphia for rehearsals, performances, classes, photo shoots, wedding parties -- you name it. The new marley flooring (removable) is oh-so wonderful to dance on!
