From initial first visit and meeting Tracy, choosing and ordering our Heritage Tribute hot tub with both Tracy and Rob providing useful advice on the process of delivery and installation we cannot thank them enough for their fantastic customer service. We had our hot tub delivered this week by Wayne and Dave, installed and set up efficiently giving us advice on use of the chemicals and monitoring the condition of the water. All in all cannot praise Tracy, Rob, Wayne and Dave enough, thank you. Off for a session in the tub now ..........

Purchased a hot tub from the lovely husband a wife team at The Hot Tub Barn in Farnham. The whole experience was fantastic! Incredibly helpful, with no hard sales tactics. They really spent the time to find exactly the right hot tub for us talking us through all the options and the purchase process. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were both incredibly friendly, professional and passionate about what they do. Hot tub was delivered and installed very quickly efficiently and professionally by two great guys Ashley and Dave. I can’t recommend The Hot Tub Barn more. Now I’m off to lounge in my tub in the sun!

Very impressed! I am extremely pleased with the overall process from Hot Tub Barn in Farnham. From the initial engagement with Tracey and Rob we knew all the answers to questions, which model we wanted and when it could be delivered. When delivery came both Dave and Mark were extremely polite and courteous not to mention efficient and highly skilled at manoeuvring the hot tub! All was put in place, instructions were clear. We cannot rate this team of four high enough! As you can see from the photograph we had a very tight gap to get the hot tub into position. The team worked their magic and no fences had to be taken down. Really professional, very friends and helpful. Worth the expense.
