Tried to use the site. I chose a card and personalized it and everything, but when trying to save or complete the project to send the card, it just gets stuck. I found a great card a wrote a long message that is specific to the card and now i have to start from zero. Huge waste of time

My order was to be shipped on Monday 7/20 , it is now Thursday and still nothing. I was sending a card to someone whose father died and after 3 days of trying to contact the company via Facebook, Instagram, telephone number, and their message center on the website (when it was actually working and not an error message) .... no response. Also, the website days 2 days it'll be mailed, as well has in my confirmation email. I'm hoping this isnt a scam and I lost the 12 dollar I paid for a fast and quick expedited card.
I am using The Greeting Card Shop since 2015, Initially this site had some issue while we personalize our card ( Like card will be unsaved). But now its fixed. Every time the output is as we expect and delivered on time. Cant have a personalized card for this reasonable price. Worth the bucks.
I ordered a card to be delivered using the Express service where the stated estimated fulfillment time (which includes production & transit) was 1-2 days. The card was shipped out 12 days later. I'm expecting a refund of the 19.99 paid for the \Express\ service. Update: They reached out to me to refund the entire order, not just the Express service. I will try them again in the future and update this review with that experience.
If the site didn't crash every time you attempt to order more than one card this would actually be convenient.
