Bought a fantastic 8ft American Pool table from the games room company. Had no problems from start to finish and the service/install was also excellent. Definitely worth buying from if you are considering a quality table!

Popped in on the off chance whilst passing one day, & the owner Alex couldn’t have been more pleasant. He knew his stuff for sure, and I even got showed around & introduced to his team, very impressive showroom, and he advised me all about the services they offer what they do & tech., etc., repairs etc., All impressive stuff ! So I mentioned I would like to get a simple neon bar light fixed, for My Man Cave bar as it had stopped working, simple gas replacement etc., and they advised to simply drop it when suits, and I did just that, dropped it off & was advised I will be hearing from them later in the week. Not a word for almost 3 weeks (all but one day). & I received a quote for 102 inc., Cost more than I Paid for it ! Impressive products, But V Poor Customer Service here guys ! I Popped back into collect the light, and it was just where I left it, on the table. No one even looked at it. No apology. I was considering an investment in an old 1980’s arcade game of theirs., Gone off that idea now... Never mind calling it The Games Room - More like Room for Improvement.

Rather than say they didn’t want to sell parts, they agreed but then just stopped replying. Chased them for months. Went elsewhere.
An absolutely brilliant place. Although appointment is recommended, we just turned up and were greeted by two members of staff who welcomed us in and showed us around and explained where what is. Then they simply left us to it and did not linger over us, nor push any sales on us. When we decided what we wanted of the products, we asked for help and the sales person knew enough about the products to answer our questions. What he didn't know, he was honest and looked it up wither on their website or in their brochure. We were fortunate to meet Alexander, the owner, who offered us a drink and was happy to answer more questions. He was knowledgeable in the field of table games and had a wealth of experience in the business. Again he was not a pushy sales person, he was genuine in his help towards us. A great experience, you can even see some of the items being built. A great company with great staff. You should definable visit if you are looking for any of the games.
