My experience was really good. I had a fairly urgent request in that I wanted to send a framed picture to Spain for a friend’s birthday but had limited time to do so, and difficult in current circumstances. Lesley was great. She was pragmatic about what framing might be quicker to source at the moment, while still considering the aesthetics of the piece. She was also very conscientious about hygiene in visiting the shop. I would absolutely recommend.
