Excellent professional service. The staff are brilliant and always take the time to understand the customer's needs whilst treating every job, purchase or problem with the appropriate level of importance. The staff really do know their onions and have always given good advice and support. They know and usually have all the right tools for the job. Very highly recommended. Thank You guys at PJS

Needed parts for my Stihl hedge trimmer and John, in the shop, was very helpful and patient in finding what I needed. He kept his promises to call me when the bits arrived. Great service and the price was comparable with internet shops with the added benefit of being accessible in case the parts were the wrong ones. Highly recommended.
Left my Dover wood burner doors with them for repairs, had them for 12 months ,when I went to get them back ,the handle was missing, rivets of the hinges were missing the air vents as well they said they don't know what's happened left them there for a while longer, picked up now still not sorted
Very good place nothing is to much trouble really like the team there
