I only work for Exclusec Part time however I must say it's a top company to work for. Everyone who works for exclusec is friendly and easy to get on with, they treat you like a person instead of just a number like some security companies do. They are brilliant at keeping you updated and ensure they help you when assistance is needed. everyone keep doing an amazing job!!!!

Applied, had an interview over the phone then did everything they’ve asked me to do. Also had an online induction as well but still didn’t get the job very disappointed.
Terrible group no manners very unprofessional share ur details to anyone. And not organised ian and aysha are very unprofessional. Don't accept there wrongs quick to put the phone down and poor communication and to make it better insult there workers!.. avoid!.. Will be taking action good job for collecting proofs against them!. Just an update called the office after I got a reply from this group on my review and the lady on the phone confirmed Aysha does work for ur company trying to play smart sending another company names name via text message to my partners phone!... worst company ever!. Lucky I can't share pictures of how bad the group is!
Vetting process a complete waste of time, lack of communication, and truly unprofessional. AVOID APPLYING IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.
After a phone interview was told would be a manager phoning me next day with more details on the role, i said great just make it mid- afternoon or early evening as ive jobs to do in mornings & dont finish until dinnertime , But no call just the day after an email saying gone to next stage fill this form out & return . Took my details way to many personal information details for \vetting\ then told would need give more details which i did, then email again would be offered a role after an induction & was given two options for the induction call, i booked the best one available which was two weeks away late morning. on the morning of the induction i had to rush my main job to be finished in time to take the call induction, STILL 3 Days later waiting any call any kind of information no emails since VERY POOR VERY DODGY. & Given the way ive seen some of their staff work at varies sites, i am not shocked !! I was trained by two of the highest standard companies in this country in service management etc & this firm is the total opposite from those .. Ones lives and learns UPDATE After reply more lies in reply was no offer of a face to face induction due to COVID,, was offer of phone induction which they failed to give & was the first interviewer who told me would be a second phone call the following day , this firm does not seem to know what left hand doing .
