I have worked for Uniqwin for just over 5yrs now starting as a static officer working my way upto a Building Manager for Landwood Group I find them professional and caring to the staff(you're a name and not just a number) The management have help me alot over the last 2yrs both professionally and personally I look forward to many more years working for them

Having worked for this company for a number of years I have found in all of my professional and personal dealings with all employees for guard to management to be highly efficient. They go above and beyond that which is expected. I am made to feel more like part of a team/family not just a number. Communications via any media are completed with competency and expedience. My Manchester Supervisor is first class and any issues or advice I need is always available in and out of work hours. This man in my opinion needs a special mention for his hard work and dedication. All in all a great company with excellent managerial and guarding staff.
Uniqwin is a awesome company to work for so family orientated I can't fault them, I never blow out of a shift unless it's something very important like my kids they will always come first. And Uniqwin have always been amazing, now yesterday there was a gas leak in my house the smell was that strong it knocked me sick and gave me a whopping migraine had to get my two young children out the house as quick as I could to make sure they we're safe, had to then sit and wait for the gas man to make sure everything was safe, now I rang the office literally a hour before I was due to start and Tom Millar got me covered asap what a good egg, spent a while at Uniqwin yesterday had a catch up and laugh with big boss Fran and she is amazing very supportive and understanding, I've been with Uniqwin nearly two years now and they have never let me down, their a supportive company in more ways than one. If anything has popped up that's needed to be sorted doesn't matter how small or big they have sorted it straight away, all the staff are amazing at what they do, very professional and I would highly recommend Uniqwin to anyone! I'm honoured to work for Uniqwin. 100% highly recommend *****
I can't believe how this joke of a company has 5 star reviews, I would give it 0 stars if I could. The control room staff, managers, directors don't care about the guards. When there is a problem our emails are never replied to, they just completely ignore us like we don't exist. Then it's business as usual if they need something. These people don't have a heart. They have English guards on their sites who think that they are the supervisors and all the guards with a foreign background are treated as second class citizens. There is no supervisor on most of the sites as we are all paid the same rate, so we are all equal in terms of job role, but there is always a guard on site who thinks that they are the boss and they have the power to get people banned from the site. Uniqwin is encouraging this despicable behaviour. This company is very unprofessional. Applying for holidays is a complete joke as they never reply to emails and you have to keep chasing them up to find out if they've been approved. ROTAS are sent on a weekly basis even though someone is permanent on a site, what a stupid idea. Uniqwin needs to get their act together. Don't be fooled by the statement on their website which says that they care. They couldn't give a toss.
I have worked with uniqwin for about 5 years now. I can absolutely say that the company is a good company to work with, they treat you with optimist respect and whenever there's an issue is being resolved fast. Your salary or your wages is paid on time. In August 2018. I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and within the first week when the company heard that I was in the hospital, they sent line manager to come and visit me. I also received a Christmas voucher which was very helpful, plus other bonuses for the Christmas. I highly recommend uniqwin as a good company to work for 100% to anyone .It is great working for uniqwin.
