This is a decent place to work. They have great vacation and bonuses. The pay is higher then most in Lebanon. And with all that being said, there's also a lot of favoritism between shifts, the paint department doesn't follow procedure so everyone working on the case side is breathing in the powder coat paint dust, painters are offered suits and masks even though they don't wear them, but no one in the surrounding area is offered anything. The heat in the department closest to the oven gets unbelievably hot in the summer, tempatures reaching upwards towards 100. Management has been informed but not a one of them will visit the department, and nothing is done about the excessive heat.
