The classroom portion of the driving Institute was excellent. The instructors were thorough and the communication with the students to prepare them for the permit portion of their test excellent. The problems began when attempting to schedule the driving education portion of the class. Scheduling proved to be extremely difficult, communication with the office staff almost impossible with phones not being answered and calls not being returned when messages left. How to schedule the student drives was done 2 months in advance and the process changed without notice to students. To schedule the required driving requirements proved to be such a frustrating experience it was worth paying another driving school in the area and meeting the requirements through them. If you are looking for a driving school buyer beware.

Highly recommend The Driving Institute. My daughter did a 1-hour lesson prior to taking her road test. Anthony and Miranda are great!!! My daughter went from being extremely nervous about her lesson and test to feeling at ease and ended up with a zero deduction test! The entire process from scheduling to the test was seamless.

The team at The Driving Institute did a great job with my 16 yr old this summer! The driving Instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and are always on time. Scheduling classes was easy and the team is great to work with when changes are needed. Most importantly they teach all of the fundamentals needed for your child to be confident behind the wheel and pass the final driving test to get their license. Thank you all for making my 16 yr old a better new driver! She passed the test on her first try and is so thankful for her Instuctor, Mina!!

I would love to give 500 stars if the app allowed me! I took my road test here, and I passed on my second attempt. Anthony is very nice and Miranda is AWESOME! She completely understand my nervousness, and she tried to talk with me to ease my nervousness before the test, which was extremely helpful! She also gave me many great suggestions for safe driving, which I didn’t learn from other institutions for which I even paid for them! I’ll recommend this place to all my friends who are planning to take their road test ️
