I have Legal Resources through my employer and reached out to this law group for a consult. I spoke with Mr. Mettler and his paralegal, Ashley. Both were very helpful and professional, and Mr. Mettler spent over an hour of his time making sure my husband and I understood what was before us and the processes involved with the matter at hand. We ended up not needing to hire them for legal services, but were grateful for their time and services none the less!

Law Firm is very unprofessional. Staff never knows anything. You ask for clarification and they're quick to say they closed down their computers for the day. Keep adding on balances when account has been paid in full years before. This place is a scam and full of con artist. Beware.

I wanted to let others know about the awful experience i had with this law firm i was charged 1200 dollars to help with a eviction i repeatedly had to call 4 or 5 times a day to get anyone to contact me even when i would get a hold of someone i was greated very hostile like i was interrupting their day. Then finally go to court and they tell me they dont know what im supposed to do next google it. Wow. I ended up having to do everything myself as the clerk at court asked if i had a lawyer i told her i did but they refused to help. I will never use them again and i urge you they just take your payment and goodbye they dont care about you or what is going on. I am still dealing with this and im sure they enjoyed my 1200 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. I hope i can save someone from this hassle. Im going to report them to the Virginia Barr association maybe i can stop them from doing this to someone else.

A loved one had to deal with Mr. Hedrick and he made them feel so stupid, treating them as if they didn't know what they were talking about, and treated them with anger and disrespect. You guys should NOT go to this law firm. This is not even the first bad review I've heard about this place. 0/10

I had business with Mr. Hedrick and his paralegal Deborah and believe me when I tell you they are beyond professional and courteous. No other place I would take my legal affairs to. Top Notch!
