Wonderful place to get cupcakes. It still says temporarily closed online, but with the sign taken down, it may be gone for good. I’ll definitely miss it.

Great experience there today, we picked up 12 cupcakes and some pastries! They have so many other plant based foods as well. My family and I are plant based and love that we can pick up so many options close to us! Thanks!

So disappointed. We ordered a smash cake for our son’s first birthday. I asked for a Mickey Mouse theme which they were unable to do. I asked for white icing and when we picked up the cake it was an off white, almost yellow color. Fine, not a huge deal. Time for the “smashing” expecting a cute babe covered in cake and icing only to have a layer of icing eaten because the cake was so dense he couldn’t get his fingers in it. I had to use an actual knife with a sawing motion in order to get into the cake. Such a let down. Then, when calling to speak to someone I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I left two messages with NO RESPONSE. I ended up taking the cake back to the shop only to be almost pushed away with a “we already refunded you” from a not so friendly worker. I never received a phone call to discuss anything about my disappointing experience or even the fact that they were going to refund me. Normally I am SOOOO for supporting local vegan companies. But not this one...anymore. EDIT: such a lengthy response “sprinkled” with a lot of lies. Must be feeling guilty for not knowing how to bake larger versions of your cupcakes. I was there the Thursday before the party and bought 4 cupcakes that did crumble like normal cake. Needless to say I didn’t read the whole response because THAT was more of a response than I got when I came in person. No threats were ever made - I did demand a refund though. My money spends well everywhere. I’ll just take it somewhere that doesn’t have such miserable people. Rather have something baked with love, not poor attitudes.

I ordered over 4 dozen cupcakes from The Cute Little Cake Shop for a banquet last weekend and I am so happy with my choice to use this bakery. The ordering process was smooth and the employee answered all my questions over the phone. I had a semi-complicated order, with 2 different types of regular cupcakes and a batch of gluten-free/vegan combo cupcakes. The woman I spoke with on the phone was careful to get the order correct and make sure all the ingredients needed were available (I ordered about 10 days out). When I arrived to pick up the cupcakes they were packaged nicely to make carrying them and transporting them simple, which was so helpful because I was transporting them alone. They also offered to help me load them and although I was able to do it myself, I appreciated the offer. At the event, people could not stop taking photos of the cupcakes and talking about them (before we even served them). Once served people were raving about them all night, asking where I found them, and making sure I planned to order again next year. I personally am gluten free so I tried the gluten free/vegan combo and was blown away. I always gauge a good gf/v cupcake on whether I would be able to tell from tasting it that it was gf/v. I definitely would not have known and my thoughts were echoed by others at the event. We will definitely be ordering our desserts from this bakeshop for all of our banquets going forward and I am so happy with how this turned out!!

Stephanie was fantastic and they went out of their way to get everything I needed delivered early that morning. I highly recommend this place. I ordered two custom cakes for my son's 4th birthday party. They seemed very accommodating of our food allergies when we ordered and said it was possible to make the cakes, but they might taste a little different than their typical cakes (I totally understand this and am not asking them to perform miracles). The cakes looked really cute but were not cooked all the way through. They were not edible and we brought them back the next day to let them know. They said it wasn't their fault (literally their only job), they baked the cakes for twice as long as a normal cake and if it wasn't cooked all the way by that point, they would never be cooked all the way through. How do you knowingly give someone uncooked cakes??? She was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the whole thing. My son was so excited to have a birthday cake that he could actually eat, and was so disappointed. These cakes are expensive, plus I brought in a different Earth Balance butter for them to use (safe for us allergy-wise) and that was an additional 10. We didn't get a discount for bringing in our own ingredients (which I wouldn't complain about if the cakes were edible). Honestly, I would have felt better with an apology and some sort of acknowledgement that it was messed up. Instead, I got a bunch of excuses about it not being their fault and told they would not do anything about it. I will find another small business to support in the future. One that cares about the quality of their products and customer service.
