Great service from Paul, had exactly what we wanted, he is very knowledgeable on the products he sells, and is very enthusiastic about the business. I see a number of bad reviews on here so I would like to put my 2 pence in, firstly I will make you all aware I do know Paul outside of the business, and have done for several years, he however has not asked me to do this and my review is based upon my recent purchase with him. With that said here are a couple of my observations: Please recognise this is a small business without multiple employees to answer the phones/emails and they had a very busy year, including having a baby, and hence possible reasons for some delay. By the way I am not saying the delays are right or excusable but just reminding people they don't have the resources of likes of Amazon etc. I know Paul is a hard working man and if you can get over to see him i'm sure you will see this, he is not a scammer, just possibly a bit overloaded at times.

Why didn't I check the reviews? Exactly the same experience. Order placed on website, money taken then silence. No confirmation mail, no answer to emails or phone calls and had to track the owner (Paul James Henley) down via companies house and leave a voicemail on his personal phone - still nothing. Have mailed to say if nothing received by way of update by close of play tomorrow cancel the order and I will then be notifying his ISP, my bank and trading standards. If there is a delay then a one line email would suffice to let me know. Atrocious service and legally and ethically dubious.

I placed my order on 20/05/20, ( for which full payment was taken), with an expected shipment of end of June. I accept that, in the current climate, delays, can, and will occur, but being totally ignored isn't indicative of good customer service. You were quick enough to 'Close' the order after my cancelling ,so the occasional order update, or even an apology for delay might have helped. That's customer service. If you could have even bothered to acknowledge my chase-up email, you wouldn't have lost the sale.

When a company take your money for a product (that isn't currently available according to the manufacturer), then completely ignore your emails requesting a purchase confirmation, expected delivery date or refund, and completely ignore the telephone (I've been calling three times per day every day for four weeks on two official numbers), is this counted as sharp practice or just good old fashioned theft? Just wondering.....
