Outstanding service! My husband bought me a pellet smoker for Christmas. (got it a little early, as he couldn't \hide\ it from me.) They were great with answering all my questions. They are incredibly knowledgable. We were able to sample some ribs that they had just smoked (outstanding) while they burned in the grill for me. We had a small problem with the grill when we got it home (a fluke) and Dion came out to the house to take a look and was able to correct the problem quickly. I am so happy with my pellet smoker grill and the service that we have received.
