Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was fortunate enough to have Memo as my salesman. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and wants while buying my vehicle. The dealership and staff follow all the safety protocols. The time it took to complete the deal ran a little long for my taste. However, I understand I am not the only one doing business.

Buyers BEWARE! I found a car on line that I liked with a list price of 20,500 and 15,000 miles on it. (stock # N405103B) I called the dealership and talked to a sales man there and he informed me that it actually had 23,400. miles. I told him that was very deceptive and he said that the customer that traded it in told them 15K and they couldn't change it. As it was still in my budget I told him I was still interested. I asked him to call me in the morning with a total drive out price. After hearing back from him, I decided I liked it and asked for a total and what kind of deposit I needed. He sent me an invoice that had 2295. added for after market items and way over on the TTL part. Total was 25400. This on top of the mileage. If they want 24k for the car, then that is what they should advertise. Upon searching reviews on this dealership after all of this, I can see this is not unusual for them. Miguel, the salesman says this is how all dealerships perform business. I've bought lots of cars in my life, but this was not usual.

Sammie was such a pleasure to work with. We drove from Austin to get our Jeep here. We contacted a few dealerships trying to find my perfect car and no one was as responsive and caring as Sammie.
