Went in today for a COVID Antibody test and was there for a quick 5 minutes. Simple, easy, fast and fantastic service. Would highly recommend anyone looking for any lab work done! Great and clean facility, fantastic customer service! Will definitely be back for all my future lab works to this location!

If there was a 6 star rating I would give it! Everyone was so nice and professional and it was a spotless modern environment (and more reasonable prices than those other labs). The person who drew my blood for my test was amazing, I didn't feel a thing. If you ever need any testing done I'd go here for sure.

Went in for a simple blood sample. Took my sample on a Friday and when I called the lab where it was supposed to be sent on Tuesday, they still hadn’t received it. When I called Test Smartly they told me they didn’t know where it was and offered me a complimentary sample...like I got a blood draw at McDonalds??!! After far too much insisting, they agreed to track my blood down and call me back. They never did. Either this place is a resource center for a local vampire coven, or just plain incompetent.
