I have to say im pretty well disgusted that this company would send out a product so dirty, sticky and full of black soot, it had nothing to do with the box as they were in a plastic bag, YES someone actually put these in a plastic bag in this condition, so it was sent deliberately, I emailed Sales ( Marcia Rodgers ) and Michael at 5.17am with this pic and is now 10.00am and have received no reply, they were not only dirty they had an oily film all over it, Please dont take a chance and order from them unless you want to spend most of the morning cleaning their product, absolute disgrace, if the owner reads this, it is order number 2114792, they say buy local but its just not worth it. For the record this was a test order to find out whether or not to use you permanently, so you have lost quite a bit of future sales, well done!

GC Carpets Pest

We had our truck mount machine serviced by a technician on the GC, but to be honest we were not confident in what they did. Called Ben and he kept communications open at all times with what was required to fix a small problem. Ended up getting Tensens technicians to service the machine again and rectify the problem. Sent a damaged item with missing parts so we requested a replacement. They said it's out of stock hence they have no ETA on the replacement. However, according to their policy, we must return the damaged item within 7 days otherwise a replacement cannot be issued. Since they didn't have the replacement in stock with no ETA, we asked if we can keep the damaged item until the replacement is ready they simply said no. I think our request was not that unreasonable.
