Nets are all decayed and rotten. The courts are cracked. It could be a decent little facility for the kids unfortunately I'm certain that the funding goes elsewhere. Where I can only imagine since the teachers hardly make any money. The likely culprit is administration and waste. It's sad really tennis is a great sport that tests wits as well as fitness.
