My experience with this company is not good. I reached out to them trying to find and invoice on service that was supposed to be completed on a house that we purchased earlier this year. The seller had them lie and falsify invoices from the date of service. Turns out there is a leak in our inside unit. Instead of the company trying to make the matter right, they told us the account with the previous homeowner had been closed and there was nothing that we could do about the issue. So, I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone. The fact that the owner knows what happened and refuses to offer to help fix anything is shocking. I guess customer service really doesn't matter these days. The technician still works for the company even after admittedly lying on documents. We were under contract! It makes me believe that they are fine with lying to and cheating their customers.
