The facility is nice, but the price is a rip-off. They have also doubled the price on me over the course of just 4 years. I can understand a small increase occasionally, but this is ridiculous. Just got a 27% price increase right now during the pandemic when so many people are hurting for money. I would close my account with them today if I had the ability to physically get to my storage unit at this time.

I’m commenting here only about the online signup procedure. Although I told the manager that I have a proper lock for the unit and homeowner’s insurance, I was forced to pay for a lock and insurance. The manager says I will get a refund. We’ll see.
