Zee feels like home, all because of its hosts Mahban and Sarmad. They're hospitable, helpful and never let you get bored. Rooms are spotless and comfy. Plus, you can easily have access to the main attractions. This hostel has a great atmosphere and it's a worthwhile staying.

I have been to Zee Hostel twice, in summer 2020 and in winter 2021. If you are looking for a flair of Iranian traditional architecture/interior design which is combined by the Iranian modern architecture this is the right place to experience. It is also located at a vivid vicinity with a good access to the public transportation as well as the local shops, however you should be reminded that traffic is relatively heavy within the centre of Tehran. Zee Hostel is also close to several artistic venues like Tehran's City Theatre, Tehran University , Enghelab Book market and the Iranian Artist House if you are keen on arts and socializing with the artists. The staff of the hostel are quite friendly and helpful. I had my knee hurt during my second stay and needed extra help and services which was kindly provided to me by Zee's staffs. In general, given the offered prices I think if you like the hostel's life style this is one of the best alternatives you could have in Tehran:-)
Zee café is a lovely and cozy place to go and have a cup of tea or coffee. It has a beautiful design and you can sit in the yard or inside the building. The building is from 1980s with iranian architecture. It also serves breakfast and typical stuff on a café menu but there's just a few type of brewed coffee. The price is reasonable and the waiters are nice.
We had great days here. Zee is a calm place directly in the heard of Tehran. The hostel is brand new. Sarmad and Mahban speak very good English and help you with everything.
Great place! One of the best Hostels we have seen during our 6 month trip from Germany to Iran. Familiar atmosphere, cozy rooms and great breakfast!
What a lovely place! We have stayed for a whole week instead of the planned 2 days! Mahban and Sarmad welcome all guests with a smile, it feels like beeing with friends or coming home! Zee hostel is a cozy, warm, clean and interesting place to be. The best hostel we have ever been to! Enjoy their complimentary great breakfast, fast wifi & meet lots of other travelers
