Charming restaurant, their cuisine is amazing, fresh and tasty products, awesome flavors blends, nice plates decorations, Wonderful! The service was also excellent. We have just got photos of the desserts but the mains were sophisticated big portions as well. Highly recommend for a romantic diner...

Great quality, fresh products, and good service, delicious food, and cosy place. Also, as a vegetarian, although there is no vegetarian plate(photo included) they made something special for me(, which was super! The only little downside are the deserts which was not so good, comparing to the main course and the salad.

There good restaurants in Saumur and there are some poor ones; this is one of the good ones. Food is excellent and service friendly and helpful, especially as the menu is only in French. Not in the town but on the island - yes, there is an island. Well worth searching out.

De passage a Saumur le 3 septembre 2020 a midi, nous nous sommes arreter par hazard dans ce petit restaurant, et nous n'avons pas ete decu: l'accueil tres agreable et chaleureux, de bons produits frais et bien cuisinés. Le saumon au beurre blanc etait excelent, cuit juste comme il faut, ainsi que le canard. Au niveau des dessert, le crumble a l'abricot etait tout simplement tres bon et fait maison. Le dessert specialite de la maison a base de darquoise (biscuit que je ne connaissait pas, etrange mais tres bons) l'etait tout autant. La presentation des plats est egalement jolie. Petit plus, le restaurant se trouve dans une jolie rue peu passante, pas loin du pont sur la rive droite, donc terrasse calme. A recommander.
