Very clean water, good service, the cold water was great (probably the coldest according to my experience), the width is a bit small for swimming.
The most redicilous pool which I've ever seen in Tehran and also in my life. If you're searching for finding the best way for wasting your money and times; congratulations, you find it, it's here. Ok, hold it, Let's go straight to number one, to number one: 1. So small. Like jokes which finished but you're waiting for the continuation of the joke. 2. Impolit lifesaving staffs( specially the black one. They're busy with training alot of kids and make whole of the pool area busy with their apprentices in the sessions which you paid fee. There is no remain places for swimming). 3. Fog tunnel isn't working properly. It's better to call it: desert tunnel; if you find even a drop of water, you're so lucky. 4. It's not possible to distinguish the cold pond and the hot jacuzzi, both are scandal. There is no bubble in jacuzzi. I strongly advice; Before going, eat some beans and getting start by yourself. 5. There is no towels. 6. If you find any shower, please tell me. 7. Managers, they're just justified the shortages. Blah blah blah blah blah..... 8. When you're going in, After the reception portion( like a tiny bar); watch out, take care about your head. You should passing a horrible stairway and tunnel, same time, to hell. 9. Don't worry about parking, because there is no parking place :D . Let's go to conclusion: Really "Frustrating". Thank you guys for reading a small part of my unrepeatable story.

فوق العاده افتضاح، کارمندهای خیلی بداخلاق که اصلا به شکایات شما توجه نمیکنن. در اصلی کشویی هست که چون رفت و آمد زیاد هست میشه گفت همیشه باز هستش و باعث میشه کل محیط استخر سرد باشه، چون در دیگه وجود نداره ک فضای استخر و رختکن رو از محیط ورودی جدا کنه. ما از طریق همین جستجوی گوگل دنبال استخر مادر و کودک بودیم که اینجا رو پیدا کردیم، اما واقعا این استخر برای کودک ۴تا ۱۲ سال بود، که چند بار ب ما تذکر دادن چرا با کودک ۲ ساله تو آب هستید. آب استخر کودک سرد بود تو تذکر دوم ما ب مسئولین بعد کمی عصبانیت قبول کردن که آب سرد هست و بچه های ما سردشونه، از استخر هم که بیرون میایی یخ میزنی چون هوای سرد از بالا میاد پایین و احتمال سرماخوردگی شدیدا بالاس. اعتراض داشتن که تو آب یا کنار استخر ب بچه\u200cها غذا ندید، اما جایی رو تعبیه نکرده بودند که گرم باشه و بشه به بچه\u200cها میان وعده داد! در کل اصلا راضی نبودیم.
افتضااااح... اولا رفتار رئیساش واقعا توهین آمیز و افتضاحه مخصوصا اگر کوچکترین انتقادی کنید اصلا بلد نیستن با مشتری چطور برخورد کنن و بجای عذرخواهی بابت ضعف های متعددشون تازه طلبکارن و با بی ادبی مشتری رو رد میکنن انگار ما باید به اونا خدمات بدیم (چندین بار مشاهده شده) دوما آب استخر کثیف و امکانات ضعیف و کمی داره درمقابل هزینه ی بالاش سوما باشگاهش سقف کوتاه و بوی نم و عرق و کولر مستقیم با باد سرد روشن میکنن روبروی ورزشکارا و وسایل قدیمی و کهنه و تعداد وسایل اصلی خیلی کم بعضی از دستگاه ها رو هم اصلا ندارن مثل الپتیکال و غیره چهارما جای پارک اصلا نداره و باید چند کوچه دورتر ماشین رو پارک کنید پیاده برید از همه بدتر رفتار نامناسب مسئولینشه که فقط پولشون رو بگیرن دیگه کاری ندارن نه سرویس نه احترام و ادب
