Pre ordered a Taxi today 2:30pm for 6:30pm mentioned to the operator k in want driver to park at front entrance as sat nav will take him to the bck entrance of property, Taxi arrived on time, but he turns up at bck entrance so I rang up Tees valley asking why they sent driver to the bck entrance he said I’ll find out why and will send him to the front entrance of property so I waited but he was no where to be seen, I then rang bck again bearing in mind Iv already telephoned twice earlier I then get told driver had been to my address and gone? I asked why has he left so quick he didn’t even give me a chance to leave my hse i then for no reason at all get cut off? Worst Taxi company will not be using this firm again!!!!!

Just used this taxis and what a really nice guy the driver was. He very warm, friendly and polite, the taxi was very clean. From calling to order the cab to my drop off this was one of the best taxi journeys. People are the ones that make the difference and the people that work their are the difference.

I ordered a taxi at 10.45am to take me to a physiotherapy appointment. It never turned up but 3 hrs later I received a text to say it was on its way and to the wrong address! I also received a phone call to ask if I still wanted it ...really? I pointed out that it was 3hrs too late but was still asked if I required it! I had used them on a previous occasion to the same place and was charged 9 each way but this time I was quoted 6.50. It seems to me they just charge what they feel like. I would never use this company again.
