Second time late. Missed my train because the taxi driver was 15 minutes late. Unprofessional and unreliable!

I have never had an issue with this cab company. Went on a works party in Mayfair & didn’t fancy getting the train home alone being a female on her own so I used this company & the driver called me once he’d arrived & dropped me to my front door & waited until I’d got in safely!!
Booking was easy. The driver arrived early, with tracking prior arrival, driver very polite and talkative, I was very pleased with the service the cab company supplied. I was recommended to use them, I would do the same, I wish there were more good feedbacks, as people only tend to complain rather than compliment.
I’ve used this company twice now and both times I had to ring back to check the status of my taxi, only to be told that they hadn’t dispatched one. This resulted in two 1 hour waits at Gatwick. Please avoid if you can at all costs.
Useless. What’s the point of an airport pickup minicab if the driver’s not there waiting for me, and I have to waste 30 minutes of my time tracking him down? All you have to do is get a sign and wait at the arrivals lounge, it’s not difficult.
