TDI Flooring was wonderful to work with. The admin staff and the skilled craftsmen were all very professional and easy to work with. They came exactly when they said they would. They were very respectful of our time and our house. They did an AMAZING job of installing new hardwood floors and feathering in the new with previous hardwood so that the joining is seamless! Then refinished all the flooring. The workmen were easy to have in our home and very skilled and competent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional installation of hardwood floors.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Fit me in right away and get it done in 5 days. My floors were very bad and they came out to brand new. I would say more so because i feel you cant get this type of wood anymore. I am the type of guy that does it all myself and it took me a lot to not do it. , but glad I got TDI. They responded faster and were cheaper than 2 other quotes. A company really can have 3 out 3; Good, Fast, Cheap.

The fir floors in my 1912 house bedrooms, hallways and staircase were so beat up with wear and tear over the years. But, after sanding and finishing, they came out looking so bright and new-looking, which I was hoping for, and I'm grateful that the crew was able to deliver that beautiful outcome. That outcome made the sander noise and dust worth it. Kelly was wonderful to deal with, and was my main influence in going with TDI after she initially came to take floor measurements. Rob did an excellent job on 3 doorway transitions by matching the wood to the rooms amazingly well!

We hired TDI to sand and coat our front room and family room floors. They were responsive to our request for a quote and they were for the most part within line to their quote (there was a minor miscommunication which Michael handled very professionally and reasonably). Ryan and his partner we’re very considerate in all respects - of our house, our dog, our requests and questions and were very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. Ryan’s years of experience with wood were evident and appreciated. The only unexpected piece of redoing our floors that we weren’t informed if until they were done was that although we had the work done in August 2020 we are still today (January 2021) having to put wood fill in between some of the boards in both rooms and then sand and re-coat every month or so where the previous fill continues to sink and creates gaps between the boards. However, Ryan left us with a new can of fill, varathane and a brush in order to deal with this. They explained this was due to the age of the floor (very old and thin) - it’s just frustrating to keep having to redo it so soon in order to keep them looking like they did when the job was first finished. Regardless, we would definitely hire TDI and especially Ryan for any work we may have in the future.

Fir floor restoration: Not only did Kelley, Micheal and the TDI crew walk us through this renovation with patience, care, and individualized service, but our restored floors are just absolutely breathtaking!
