Friendly local dealership. Used service department to program a key fob and cut a key. Got fob done quickly but the key they cut wouldn't work. Said it needed to wear in showed them it had extra teeth then they said it was because it was aftermarket. Told me the only tech that can cut keys had gone to lunch...why didn't they test it before? So hard parts done headed to a locksmith to fix redo or replace key.

My daughter went to the dealership for a replacement key for her Chrysler 200. I had recommended her to go there because in the past they have done well for me. She arrived a little before 1 and waited 45 minutes and no one helped her. She has a young daughter and was not able to wait any longer. So she left disappointed. In the future we plan to use another dealer for our service work.
