Near downtown Tampa. Great food in a casual atmosphere. Lots of outdoor seating. Offstreet parking available. Went with a group of almost 20 and they were able to seat us. Food came out quickly even though restaurant was very busy. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. We will be back!

Entrees were good, ..dont get the triple dip app!!!!! 3 extremely small portions of subpar dips for 10. Drink specials were on point. Service was not bad, will go back to take our dog, super dog friendly, even have a doggy menu. Not a place to go for a nice dinner out But great for lunches or casual bite.

I'm in shock over the experience I had at this restaurant. My husband and I read decent reviews and were intrigued by the menu variety when we were looking for a place for dinner. When we arrived, we waited at the hostess podium to be seated and someone who wasn't working there, grabbed menus and seated us as if she was a close friend to the hostess or had worked at the restaurant but wasn't at that time. Our waitress came out after and asked for our drink order and we told her we needed a minute to look over the drinks. By the time she came back, we had decided on drinks and food. I ordered the creamy crab and shrimp pasta. I read there was balsamic included and had planned on ordering it without it. She let me know that it was no longer included even though it says it on the menu but she recommended including it; I let her know I was fine without it. After soup and salad, I was brought my entree with balsamic. After she came back out I let her know I had ordered it without the balsamic and she said she would get it fixed; great. She came back out with my food, and instead of someone making a new one for me or really even trying to remove the balsamic, she placed it in front of me with the balsamic mixed in with creamy sauce which was apparent based on color and taste. I've never seen such horrible customer service and I'm truly disappointed in the staff to think that was okay especially since it wasn't my mistake. I didn't eat it since I hate balsamic and was furious, and was asked if I wanted a box; I declined since I had a flight in the morning back home but she didn't question anything as if a whole plate of food going back was normal.
The Bungalow is a great chic restaurant/bar. The prices are affordable and the drinks...amazing! They also do bottomless mimosas during the weekends. The staff are also friendly and very responsive. I won’t take a star off, but management has got to do something about the restroom; the toilet seat is just really bad. And I don’t think it even costs that much money to install a new one. Besides that, it’s all good!
We decided to venture with our puppy to this restaurant since we found it was dog friendly (awesome right?) we sat on the patio and it was quaint, I'm sure a nice evening ambiance. We ordered off the puppy menu and got chicken, rice and carrots for our dog. Now I understand that it is for a pet but the food came out colder than my drink, especially the chicken which I touched to make sure it was not too hot. Putting that aside, I ordered a Ahi Tuna bowl and my Boyfriend ordered a steak bowl. While the portions were really awesome, the meal was nothing to be impressed with. My meal came with chopsticks, which upon taking RIGHT OUT of the packaging, were found to be absolutely repulsive. I almost lost my appetite right then and there. These chopsticks were covered in dirt and mold. For me, the only thing that deserved any recognition was how nice our server was. Disclaimer: this was from a few months ago.
